Run 1 mile
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Pushups
  • 20 Mountainclimbers
  • 10 Burpees
Run 1 mile
  • 20 Stepback Lunges
  • 20 V-Ups
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Burpees
Run 1 mile
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Pushups
  • 20 Mountainclimbers
  • 10 Burpees
Run 1 mile
  • 20 Stepback Lunges
  • 20 V-Ups
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Burpees

Breakfast Zinger Juice


  • 2 lemons, peeled, seeded, and quartered
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 apples, seeded and quartered
  • 2 beets, chopped
Mix all ingredients into a blender and enjoy!!
