Circuit 1:
DB Bench 10
DB Squats 10
DB Bent Rows 10
DB Stepback Lunge 10 (each side)
DB Plank Row 10 (each side)
DB Walking Lunge 10 (each side)

Complete 3 sets.

Circuit 2:
Pushups 20
Jump Squats 10
Pullups 10
Jump Lunges 10

Complete 2 sets.
