1/7/13- Mean Green Machine

2 Cups Brewed Apple Cinnamon Tea
1/2 Cup Chopped Kale
3 oz Baby Spinach
10 Baby Carrots
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Fruit (mango, strawberry, pineapple, and peach mix)
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Blend and enjoy!
