Run 1K
15 Pushups, 20 Squats, 20 Stepback Lunges, 10 Burpees
Run 1K
20 Mountainclimbers, 60 second Plank, 20 Bicycles
Run 1K
10 Jump Squats, 10 Pushups, 10 Alternating Jump Lunges
Run 1K
60 second Hand Plank, 10 V-Ups, 15 Squats
Run 1K
Stretch
