11/5/11- Leg Crusher

We'll be hitting just the legs today and using some stairs.  Good luck!

  1. Squats 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5
  2. Stairs 5x up and down
  3. Stepback Lunges 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 36, 30, 24, 18, 12, 6
  4. Stairs 5x up and down
  5. Walking Lunges 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 36, 30, 24, 18, 12, 6
  6. Stairs 5x up and down
  7. Squat Jumps 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3
  8. Stairs 5x up and down
  9. Squat Hold :10, :20, :30, :40, :50, :60, :50, :40, :30, :20, :10
  10. Stairs 5x up and down
  11. Jumping Lunges 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 16, 12, 8, 4
  12. Stairs 5x up and down
