2/1/13- Kale & Apple Juice

2 Cups Chopped Kale
2 Peeled and Cored Red Delicious Apples
1 Cup Wax Beans
1 Cup Mango
1 Cup Brewed Tazo Passion Tea
3 Cups Water
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

Blend and enjoy!
