2/15/12- Medicine Ball Complex

Use a MB for all of the exercises in the complex. Complete 10 reps of each exercise and finish the entire circuit before repeating for a total of 5 sets. Good luck!

Wall Throw
Ball Slam
Step back Lunge
Figure 8's
Sumo Squat
