1/10/13- The "Creamsicle"

There's no milk or cream in this recipe but the color of the shake looks exactly like a Creamsicle, and it's just as tasty.

1/2 Cup Chopped Butternut Squash
1/2 Cup Chunk Pineapple
3 HoneyBells
10 Baby Carrots
2 Cups Brewed Green Tea

Blend and enjoy!
