1/17/13- TRX Dropsets
Complete all sets within an exercise before moving on to the next exercise, resting as little as possible in between sets.
1)Atomic Pushups
2)Squat Jumps
3)Rollouts
4)Stepback Lunge
5)Y-Fly

I was absolutely doing atomic pushups at home, with my home TRX before work this morning!!!!!!!!!
