24 Reps of each exercise (on each side for two-sided exercises)

Walking Lunges
Squat Jumps
Stepback Lunges
Calf Raises 
Side Lunges

  2. I anxiously await the Eli-inspired SOD, which would be: RUN IN CIRCLES FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE DO NOT STOP FOR WATER. HYDRATION = WEAKNESS.
