3/2/12- KB & Punches

KB Complex
Swing and Catch
Overhead Swing
Squat and Press
Oblique Rotation
Stepback Lunge
Figure 8's

Tabata Interval: Punches with light dumbbells (2-5lbs), 8 cycles of :20/:10, for 4 minutes

Complete entire complex before moving onto the interval.  Complete for a total of 4 sets.  Good luck!
